The process
Tell us about your home and how you'd like to use the space. We'll talk through styles, sizes and options with you.
We design the conservatory around your house and confirm every detail with you before anything is made.
Every frame is fabricated to measure in our Auckland workshop.
Our own team installs it, and we're here afterwards if you need us.
As a rule of thumb: Victorian and gable conservatories suit villas and character homes; an Edwardian suits almost any house and gives the most usable floor; a lean-to fits under low eaves; modern glass rooms suit contemporary homes. Send us a photo of your house and we'll suggest what would work.
Orientation, glazing and ventilation make the biggest difference to comfort. We'll talk through double glazing, thermal upgrades and ventilation for your site so the room is usable through the seasons.
Many conservatories in New Zealand need a building consent, depending on their size, their use and how they connect to the house. Talk to us early and we'll go through what your project is likely to need.
Often, yes. A lean-to or patio extension can usually be built over an existing area, depending on its condition and levels; we'll check it with you.
